Harvard School of Public Health: Inflammatory dietary pattern linked to depression among women

Women whose diet includes more foods like soft drinks, refined grains, red meat, and margarine — rather than green leafy vegetables, olive oil, and wine — have up to a 41% greater risk of being diagnosed with depression.
